Return & Exchange Policy

  • NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE – We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in case of a defective product received.
  • No Cancellations – Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Defective Product Case

  • If you receive a defective product, you must share a 360° uncut box opening video clearly showing the defect. The video must be continuous, un-paused, and unedited.
  • Once our team verifies and approves the video, you will be required to send the product back to us.
  • Return request must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order.
  • After we receive the returned package and it passes our quality check, we will process your exchange and arrange another delivery within 7 working days.
