Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be canceled using our website.
Return Policy:
- Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. The return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
- In case we do not have a pick-up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office address.
- Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.
- For defective products, an **open-box video** is mandatory at the time of unboxing to claim a return or exchange.
- If approved then Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Note for Return:
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (refer to the product page) will not be accepted.
- For defective/damaged products, a **clear unboxing video** is required as proof to process the return.
- If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.
- Return should be made within 5 days after receiving the product
Damage :
Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .
